About
A small studio
with a lot of tools.
Banned Admin Solutions builds the software that takes the repetitive part of a business off someone's desk - then runs it. Bots, web apps, scheduled jobs and the back office behind them.
How we work
Build it, run it, hand you the keys
We build the tool that does the job
If a job eats somebody's day, we build the software that does it instead: a bot, an app, a scheduled job, a report. Scoped, built and tested against real data.
Then we run it
Building is half the work. Hosting, backups, monitoring, fixes and the alerts that wake us at 3am are ours too, so the tool keeps working after the handover.
You own your copy
Your data stays yours and exports as one file. If you would rather host it yourself and take it in-house, that is an option, not a fight.
We do not name clients
No logos, no case studies, no "trusted by" wall. What we build for you stays between us - and what we build for someone else never turns up in your setup.
The engine room
There is an AI system under all of it
It is why a studio this size can run this much kit, and it is the part we are proudest of. No telemetry, no data sold, nothing phoning home.
- 1
It remembers
Work carries over between days - what was decided, what broke, what is still open. Nothing has to be explained twice, and nothing gets quietly dropped.
- 2
It works through the night
Imports, syncs, reconciliations and the week's reporting run on a schedule, and anything that fails is retried and then shouted about properly.
- 3
It checks its own work
Changes are tested against real data before they go live, and anything odd comes back to a human instead of being swallowed.
- 4
It is fenced in
Secrets are encrypted, access is closed by default, and the actions that matter - money, deletions, anything public - stop and wait for a person.
What it is built on.
An open agent framework (Hermes) with a large body of custom tooling on top. The memory, the scheduling, the review steps, the guardrails and the task queue are ours - and they grow every week.
Range
What has actually been built here
Not a portfolio - a list of the kinds of thing that exist and run today. The packaged ones are on the products page.
- order desks that take paid orders out of a chat window and into a panel
- customer tracking bots, and the staff desk behind them
- label batches turned into clean, searchable, print-ready files
- ledger apps: client top-ups against costs, and shop-floor stock and sales
- payout statements worked out per supplier, straight from the orders
- scheduled work: imports, syncs, reconciliations and the week's reports
- adverts and posts built from a client's own live prices, never invented
- research and reports that arrive as a document you can actually read
- a dashboard per project, installable on a phone
- encrypted backups, monitoring and dead-man alerts over all of the above
By the numbers
Counted just now, not written down
Every figure below is read out of the systems we run at the moment you loaded this page - services up, jobs that ran on their own, monitors watching, products built.
Counted from our own services, our scheduler and our monitoring. Nothing here describes a client, and no client is named or implied by it.
