AI & automation studio

We build the software
that does the boring work.

Banned Admin Solutions is a small studio: we design, build and then run the bots, web apps and scheduled jobs a business needs to stop doing things by hand. Everything we sell started life as a tool doing real work.

  • Bots, web apps and pipelines
  • Built and tested here, then run for you
  • You own your copy and your data
80services running right now
3,043jobs that ran themselves in the last 24 hours

Products

Built here, sold as products

Two of these are live and you can open both demos below - the real thing, not screenshots. The other five already run real work here, but they are coming soon, not finished. What is next is listed below.

Product #2 ยท live now

Tracking Desk

Customers check their own tracking; staff get a desk for the rest.

A customer messages the bot their postcode and gets their tracking number back without anyone lifting a finger. The awkward ones land in a web desk your staff work like a ticket queue, with the whole conversation in one place.

  • Postcode in, tracking out โ€” day or night
  • Staff desk that works on a phone
  • Drop in a batch of numbers instead of typing them
  • Your own bot, your own data

5 of 9 steps done

Still needs tutorial videos, a sealed package, automatic delivery and updates after the sale.

The nine steps
  • โœ“A public product page, describing the real thing
  • โœ“A working try-it that answers when a stranger opens it
  • โ€”A tutorial library โ€” videos, gated, playing
  • โœ“A written manual a buyer can follow
  • โ€”A sealed package the buyer receives, with a checksum
  • โœ“First-run setup that works without us โ€” a licence or an unlock, nothing typed by hand
  • โœ“A purchase path that takes money for this product
  • โ€”Automatic delivery on payment โ€” no human in the loop
  • โ€”Updates that reach the buyer afterwards

Label Desk

A messy batch of shipping labels, turned into something you can search.

Hand it a batch of labels and it gives back a clean, searchable list of names, postcodes and numbers โ€” plus a print-ready file with the paperwork tidied away. No typing, no spreadsheet, no squinting at a PDF on a phone.

  • Batch in, clean searchable list out
  • Find any parcel by postcode or name in seconds
  • Print-ready file, tidied automatically
  • Nothing to install

Cost Ledger

Who topped up, what you spent on them, who owes what.

A work ledger for the money that moves around your clients: top-ups in, costs out, a running balance each, and a warning while there is still time to mention it. One-tap export for whoever does the books.

  • Client top-ups against what you spend
  • Low-balance warnings before it gets awkward
  • One-tap export
  • Self-hosted or hosted by us

Stock Book

Your staff log what they take and what they sell.

A shop-floor ledger your team use on a phone. Stock and sales get counted in one place instead of in someone's head, and you can see where the stock actually went without chasing anybody for it.

  • Staff log takes and sales in seconds
  • Stock and sales visible live
  • Works on a phone, on the shop floor
  • You own the record

Household Ledger

One shared spending tracker for one household.

A shared ledger for a home: everyone can add to it, the recurring bills remind themselves, and the month adds up in one place โ€” which settles the who-paid-for-what conversation before it starts.

  • Shared ledger, one login each
  • Recurring bill reminders
  • Monthly totals
  • Installable on a phone, offline-friendly

Postage Tracker

Postage adds up quietly โ€” this keeps the running total honest.

Every parcel you post for somebody costs money out of a balance you are keeping for them. This keeps that balance: what came in, what went out, what is left, and a file for the books when they ask.

  • A running balance for each person you post for
  • Top-ups and spends in seconds
  • A file for the books when it is asked for
  • A bot for quick use, a web page for the full picture

Coming next

What we are building next

Described by what the thing does rather than what it is called, because the name changes and the job does not. No dates and no prices.

  1. 1

A product that sets itself up

Open it for the first time and it walks you through claiming the device and getting it ready โ€” no config files, no command line, nothing to look up.

  2. 2

Buy it, and it arrives by itself

The page takes the payment and what was bought is delivered straight away โ€” the software, the licence and the how-to library, with nobody in the middle.

  3. 3

Books that are exact to the penny

A running total that never rounds, and every figure can be traced back to the entry that produced it, so the numbers you show someone are the numbers.

  4. 4

    More carriers, more routes

Hand it a batch of addresses and it produces the paperwork for extra shipping routes โ€” including European drop-off points โ€” instead of one label at a time.

  5. 5

Control, and wipe, for the devices you hand out

A companion app that applies a chosen set of device controls โ€” each one previewed first, and undoable on its own โ€” and can erase a device for good when it comes back.

  6. 6

Buy it once, and it keeps improving

Updates arrive on their own, each with a plain-words note about what changed, so a copy bought a year ago is still the current one and there is nothing to maintain.

  7. 7

    The repetitive work, run unattended

Imports, reconciliations, reports and checks that run themselves on a schedule, leaving a person only the decisions that really need one.

  8. 8

Setup a customer can finish alone

Start-to-finish onboarding in the app, with every step tested as it is saved, so nobody has to book a call to get going.

What we do

The boring parts, handled

Seven areas we work in, all of them running somewhere for real today. Pick whichever hurts most and we will start there.

AI systems & autonomous agents

We run an AI system that remembers the work, runs jobs on a schedule, checks its own output and works through a task list without being babysat. It is the reason a studio this small can run this much kit.

Telegram bots

Customer-facing bots that answer, take orders and hand over to a human at the right moment — plus admin bots that queue the support tickets, chase the awkward ones and shout when something breaks.

Automations & pipelines

Scheduled jobs that import, sync, reconcile and report on their own — and watchdogs that notice when a job has silently stopped and say so before you do.

Web apps & PWAs

Phone-first apps you install straight to the home screen. They work offline, update themselves, and sit on a server you control rather than somebody else's.

Data & research

Collecting, cleaning and pulling apart data, then handing it back as a document somebody can actually read — not a spreadsheet nobody opens.

Security & privacy

Encrypted at rest, secrets kept out of the code, access closed by default, everything audited — and backups that have been proven by restoring one.

Payments & checkout

Self-serve payment so a customer can buy without a phone call, with settlement confirmed automatically and a receipt that makes sense to both sides.

And if a job keeps eating your day, we'll build the tool that does it.

Custom web apps, dashboards and bots — scoped, built, tested, handed over, then run for you.

How we work

Four steps, no drama

  1. 1

We look at what you actually do

A short conversation about the day-to-day. No forms, no jargon, no upselling you something you don't need.

  2. 2

We build it and test it

Custom to your workflow. It gets tested against real orders and real edge cases before it ever touches your customers.

  3. 3

You see it working, then it goes live

Nothing goes public until you've seen it and said yes. Then it's switched on, and we watch it land.

  4. 4

    We keep it running

Hosting, backups, monitoring and fixes are ours to worry about. You get a tool that just works and a person to message.

Trust & privacy

Your business stays yours

No client names, ever

We don't publish who we work with, and we don't put your logo on our site. What we build for you stays between us.

Your data, locked down

Encrypted at rest, access-limited, backed up off-site and tested. No analytics on you, no telemetry, nothing sold or shared.

You own your copy

The tools, the data and the records are yours. If you ever want to take it in-house, you can.

A real person answers

No ticket queue, no chatbot. You message, we reply.

Get in touch

Tell us what's eating your day

A couple of lines is plenty. Tell us roughly what you sell and which part of the admin is the worst bit — we'll come back with what we'd do about it.

We only use this to reply. No lists, no marketing.
