Every screen below is in the demo. Nothing is hidden behind a second login.
Forward the “new paid order” message and it arrives as a draft, read line by line, with a rating for how much of it the app understood.
The draft becomes a real order — priced, costed and recorded. A mis-tap can be taken back, and a duplicate stops and asks instead of slipping through.
Set the parcel size and weight on each line and the service is worked out for you. Addresses are graded and postcodes verified before anything ships.
Export the batch as the file your carrier account imports. Exporting is a read-out: nothing is marked shipped, and nothing is charged, until you say so.
What you sell, with the sizes on your menu, a cost and a sell price on each one, and stock counted in units or in grams.
Once a week: gross, fee, postage, cost and profit, then each supplier's share with a statement for each. Nothing is marked paid until you mark it paid.
The whole database exports as a single file you can keep anywhere, and the same screen imports it back. Nothing in the shop is locked in.
A device gate and a two-step login, no telemetry, and an optional passphrase that keeps customer names and addresses encrypted even from us.
